Was too excited to find flourless banana pancake recipe which i thought is a healthier snacking version, i dumped two eggs into four ripe bananas. Feels like eating sweet omelette with a hint of banana though....plus you can see the overcooked banana joy on top of it!
Next, am gonna add cinnamon, carob and brown sugar into it to add more flavor...and ice cream of course for the youngsters!
